Office Policies

New Patients:

  • All new patients will be asked to put a card on file to book an appointment.
  • If a booking fee is required for the appointment, a staff member will contact the patient to hold the appointment. This booking fee will be able to be used at the time of service.

Cancellation and No-Show policy:

  • Patients must cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations, less than 24 hours or no show will incur a cancellation fee $75 or 25% of service cost.
  • Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis. If an emergency is identified, the cancellation fee will be placed in the patient wallet for the next appointment.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Patients can reschedule once without penalty if done within policy timeframes.
  • Rescheduling within less than 24 hours may require a partial booking fee of their procedure to hold a new appointment.

Weekend Appts:

  • For a weekend appointment, a booking fee is required. This will be 50% of the service appointment.
